Meditation time

Good morning beautiful world! ‚̧ sending you all peaceful healing vibes. . . I started the day today with a deep guided meditation for inner peace and serenity. Meditation is something I've got back in to the habit of using in recent months. YouTube has dozens of really good ones and I'll often find one with binaural beats which trigger REM through Bilateral Stimulation. These give you the most amazing visuals when you're in that deep trance like state and this morning my mind was filled with the most beautiful image of a sunrise reflecting off the ocean and its golden glow just pouring through me. Bliss and much needed. It was like a beautiful nurturing hug to myself! . . Use these times of deep relaxation to work with your subconscious mind. I use positive suggestions on myself in this state as the mind is at it's most receptive when deeply relaxed. For me it's about being able to speak my truth and be authentic whilst feeling love and compassion for myself and others. . . .
