Niki is an EMDR practitioner and coach trained in foundation intermediate and advanced levels, Brainspotting practitioner, clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and has developed an integrative approach to therapy which includes coaching for resilience and empowerment as well as specific outcomes from fears and phobias, anxiety, grief and bereavement, developmental and acute traumas. Her coaching work includes perfomance fears related to business, sports, presentations, public speaking, exams. She also has training in Internal Family Systems, Forward Facing Trauma Therapy, transformation coaching and is a passionate advocate of promoting selfcare practices.
She has a first class honours degree specialising in Attachment theory and attachment patterns, mindsets and Mindfulness. Her background in education  has provided the foundation for all her work as a psychotherapist. She retrained in coaching and Psychotherapy having witnessed for many years how anxieties gained in childhood impact on our relationships and connections with others, life decisions and self belief systems.
She is passionate about helping people to live their very best life and achieve their fullest potential. This could be short term to work through specific fear triggers or long term Psychotherapy for more complex traumas.
